YRC Worldwide said Monday that William Trubeck will replace Chief Financial Officer Sheila Taylor, who is leaving the company at the end of the month.
Taylor is leaving “to pursue opportunities outside the less-than-truckload industry, YRC said in a statement.
Trubeck, a member of YRC’s board of directors, will be the fourth person in the past 30 months to hold the CFO post at the LTL carrier.
Trubeck will stay in the post until YRC’s ongoing restructuring plan is completed, the company said. He has been on its board since 1994.
Taylor was CFO since October 2009, when she took over from Timothy Wicks, who held the post for 13 months after joining the company in September 2008.
Wicks came to YRC after Stephen Bruffett left the top financial position to take a similar post at competitor Con-way Inc.
YRC Worldwide is ranked No. 4 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
